Sherardizing is the most effective, reliable and uniform way of protecting steel from corrosion. It provides a long term solution with complete avoidance of Hydrogen Embrittlement. It is an environmentally friendly process which is highly cost effective compared to other applications such as Hot Dip Galvanising.
Standard containers are 2000mm x 500mm x 400mm, however we have developed the containers to enable larger sizes.

Yes, we offer collection and delivery due to our fleet of vehicles saving you time and effort. We also use our trusted partners for next day parcel and pallet delivery, alongside full loads of up to 28 tonne. All carriage is charged at cost or we can accommodate customer arranged collection.

We appreciate that turnaround time is of vital importance and typically our turnaround time is 3-5 working days. However, we are able to support shorter lead times if required.
Testing is carried out to ensure the required thickness coating, conforms to the British Standard; BS EN ISO 1461:2009 or ISO17668:2016
